Enrolment Fee (non-refundable)
A one-off enrolment fee is payable when a position is offered and accepted:
- Standard Enrolment Fee: $750 per child
- Equity Access Enrolment Fee: $250 per child*
*The Equity Access Enrolment Fee applies to families who are low income, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, or supporting a child with a disability. Supporting documentation (e.g. concession card or NDIS evidence) is required at application.
Term Fees
Your child’s term fees will vary depending on:
- your child’s age, and
- the preschool program selected.
NSW Government Start Strong Fee Relief (2026)
PLC Sydney Preschools participates in the Start Strong Affordable Preschool initiative.
Eligible families may receive up to $4,456 per year in fee relief for children who:
- are 4 years old on or before 31 July 2026, and
- are enrolled in a community preschool.
This funding is paid directly to PLC Sydney Preschools by the NSW Government and is passed on to families as a reduction in fees.
Important information:
- Fee relief can only be claimed at one early childhood education service.
- The fee relief is evenly applied across the calendar year.
- If your child attends another service offering fee relief, families must nominate which service receives the funding.
Payment Information
- Fees are paid in advance.
- Payment options include fortnightly, monthly or per term.
- Families are not charged for school holiday periods.
- Casual days for existing students are available at $170 per day and are charged as a one-off fee.
- Statements are issued at the start of each term.
- Fees are reviewed annually.
