PLC SYDNEY PRESCHOOL ASHFIELD
- Open to boys and girls aged 3-5 years old
- 2, 3 or 5 day programs
- Small class sizes and high ratio of staff to students
- Slower transitions between activities and meal times
PRE-KINDERGARTEN
- Girls only who are 4 years old
- 3 or 5 day program
- Follows bell times and a more structured timetable
- Girls play in the playground with all students up to Year 2
- For girls who are quite independent and ready for school
PLC Sydney Preschools are licensed by the Department of Education and accredited against the National Standards regularly to ensure the highest quality educational standards are met. The Preschool program offered is fully supported by PLC Sydney.
With this strong connection comes access to the PLC Sydney music program and visits from the College invertebrate program. This all provides a rich and varied program for 40 weeks per year from 8.00 am - 4.30 pm. All this is offered over two, three or five days per week. Both PLC Sydney Preschools and Pre-K are based on the Reggio Emilia approach with an excellent early learning program including literacy and numeracy.
